For Indian nationals visiting within the country

correspondence(s) in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to Tatwani Holidays.

Booking

On confirmation of booking your contract is with Tatwani Holidays . A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

Payment

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost and full airfare is to be paid by you to Tatwani Holidays the deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.

Balance Payment:

Balance payment is to be made After the confirmed of services or 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Note:

Apart from above, in case of bookings for special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali etc) full payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

THIRD PARTY TRAVEL SERVICE PROVIDERS

You may be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by the travel service providers for whom ‘Tatwani Holidays’ acts as an agent, including conditions of carriage, refund and cancellation policies of airlines, cruise lines, car rental companies, hotels, vacation rentals, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT & SERVICES

Some of the products and services have special governing terms & conditions, which shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions mentioned separately for each product and service. It is important that you read the obtain information related to these specific products and services as they may contain exclusions of limitations of liability and other terms and conditions, including restrictions on amendment or cancellation. Some of these terms and conditions of specific products and services shall include the terms and conditions found on your screens and when using any part of this website.

JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising out of or touching upon or in relation to the terms of this Agreement or its termination, including the interpretation and validity thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties shall be settled through arbitration. The dispute shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Tatwani Holidays. The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory amendment, modifications or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force and shall be held at Shimla. The Court of Himachal and the Courts shall, to the specific exclusion of all other courts, alone have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of / touching and / or concerning this Agreement.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Tatwani Holidays and its affiliates and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands , recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of: Your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or

If You Cancel Your Holiday

You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation Charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person after confirming the package
  • If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded. » If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded.
  • If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
  • If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival - No Refund
  • There is no refund on cancellation of bookings during festival dates and peak season that is from 29 September 2019 to 10 January 2020.

The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third party service provider.

  • The Company will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly - GOD, hazards, fire, accident machinery or Any rule in the rules of equipment, transport, violation war, political proximity, civil disturbances, attacks, riots, strikes, theft, travel, epidemic, medical or custom department Britt any receives anyother reason beyond our control.
  • Prohibited goods by any state govt are not allowed in the coach. Passenger is responsible if such goods are foundand passenger willbe left at the checking point.
  • Passengers are joining the tour at their own risk & responsibility.
  • Subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courtsonly.
  • Passenger should report at the time mentioned in the coupon.
  • Passengers are requested to look after their luggage. Company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • Company is not liable for any kind of refund incase of mechanical failures or natural calamities.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotel,rooms shall be booked in similar hotel or higher category rooms where you need to pay the differences. Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.In case we are unable to get the confirmations then the deposited amount shall be refunded to the guest.Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or draft at the time
  • when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest.For the packages which are booked under our Airline Group Packages the airline tickets might be delivered 2 days before the departure of the group.
  • Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with quotation.
  • The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque/cash to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimatedus in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.
  • whether to take service or not . Please carry your valid Identity proof card(passport incase of International travel) containing your Photographas it is required at the airport and during checkin at hotels.Pancard is not avalid identity proof so please don’t carry that with you.The checkin and check-out time of most of the hotels is 02 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival . For early checkin and late checkouts payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Company can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa Process,the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.
  • Incase of International travel, rates may vary based on change of ROE or any other fluctuation in international market or subject to availability.
  • We strongly suggest our customer to carry hard copy of complete Vouchers provided by Company to present the hotel and Avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, Hotel can Deny your booking and may not allow you to check in the hotel. In such situations Company will not be responsible for the same.
  • The rates are subject to availability of air fare, accommodation, and class of booking on the airline and sightseeing tours at the time of booking.Any price increment in the mentioned things will be borne by the customer. Company reserves the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal or higher standard. The same shall be determined basis the reviews and ratings of the hotel placed on the internet. Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the Airline / hotel policy.
  • Company reserves the right,in its sole discretion,to terminate the access to any or all Company websites or its other sales channels and there lated services or any portion there of at anytime, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.
  • Company and its counter part shall not be responsible for any change and alteration in the program due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents.
  • Any extra cost incurred there of shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
